What are you listening to at this very moment?
Simple concept, what song are you listening to as you type this?
Guided by Voices: Hold on Hope.
Better known as that song from Scrubs Series 1 which plays at the end of the first episode Ben Sullivan appears in, when J.D. is being shown Ben's pictures, and realises the horrible truth about Ben's illness.
The explanation isn't necessary btw, but you might recognise the song from where it's seen rather than the name so thought I'd explain!
Oh, and to a degree double posting (posting, then posting again before someone else replies) is ok in this thread, but try not to go overboard with it!

The Fray - How to Save a Life
It's the first chart song I've bought in years (a couple of low ranking Breed 77 singles excepted) as my music taste (goth metal) isn't mainstream in this country but I really love this. It's known from Grey's Anatomy but I know it from Scrubs - Series 5 Episode 20 "My Lunch". It's played over the montage and Cox sequence at the end and is truly beautiful.
