I didnt know what it was, but I looked it up, and yeah. This is the type of thing I call stonewall type. the pawn formation, the bishop eyeing H7, etc...

I do best with Catalan games for white, but I use stonewalls when i think my opponent may be cheating, because computers get blind-sided by stonewalls, so I have read. Source forgotten, sorry.
