Don't worry about your english, while it's not perfect it makes sense.
I've had to go through some letters from an russian school for a friend of mine recently. It wasn't pretty and I certainly understood why he gave me the letters to be 'translated' in the first place. They were in (broken) english but written in cyrillic symbols. I can 'read' those symbols (though had it been in russian I wouldn't know what the heck they mean).
At any rate... yours is much better and you're not even a headmaster
