It was down. I tried contacting Mark during the downtime and haven't received a response. It didn't necessarily concern me since he posted there would be some changes soon (I've not noticed anything yet). It was completely offline at first and later it gave me some message about an Ion PHP loader not being installed or whatever.
Oh well, we're back on the net now. :shrugs:
