DipoleMoment has been banned for trolling and flaming. Tossed his posts out of the window and edited the From's Gambit thread to get rid of the stench.

In the future I expect everyone to stay respectful even towards the likes of DM. Oh and Schaakhamster, that's a nice Flemish proverb.

PS: For what it's worth, he was a twisted form of entertainment. Not often you'll see someone make a fool of himself quite so quickly.

My excuses. I just was in for a laugh yesterday evening. I'm a moderator on a busy (non-chess) forum and I had never seen anything like it.

As a fellow moderator I can tell you that with people like that warnings are useless. He would just hurl a ball of insult at Perseus and everyone else. From his first post I knew he was trouble and with astounding speed he proved me right.

For what it's worth, I told him to mind his tone. He then started directly insulting other forum members, I won't warn people like that, I'll toss them out.

I'm sorry it robs you of the chance to discuss with him properly, but it's not like he gave me much choice in the matter. Note that he 'returned' creating an account named "Perseus is a MORON", which I banned some 50 minutes after its creation.
And as far as I'm aware of, he didn't have a refutation for the From's, I saw no evidence of it anyway.

I am the moderator of Macintosh Chess Yahoo! group. I just cleaned out and deleted a whole lot of posts and issued a warning that the site is for Macintosh Chess, and Chess. Any spam, or ad links will be deleted.
