The excellent site Chess Videos will allow you to paste a game into their game replayer and then give you a link to it so it can be replayed by others. If you have blog or website you can also post the game directly on your site. Here is a sample game: Chess PGN Game Replayer
Here’s the link to the site:

I think we can research the features of all these sites and then decide on the features for pgn viewer for this site.

Yeah But I think we can help the admin with the feature choice. We will present it here and it's his job whether to accept or reject our proposals . Our job is just to suggest features.

In that case there's a program called Palview that can be used to put games on web pages. It's been around a long time so there may be others also.

Chess Viewer Deluxe
When I set up OzChess in July 2007 one of the things I had tremendous difficulty with was finding a pgn chess viewer compatible with vBulletin (the forum software). After much trial and error, I finally had the good fortune of finding such a pgn viewer, and more importantly, finding someone who could intergrate it into the forum.
Now our members use it all the time:
Exhibit A <<< Click Here
If you want to see what the thread looks like, it is here
The viewer can also show FEN positions such as chess puzzles, allows for annotation - as shown in Exhibit A - and can also include alternative lines.
The downside is that you need a program like Winboard or Chess Base to generate the pgn file (especially if you want to start the game from a FEN string) which you then attach to your post.
Nevertheless, as OzChess is only a little younger than ChessForums.org, the version of vBulletin used here should not be significantly less advanced than the 3.6.7 platform we run on, meaning it should be possible to install Chess Viewer Duluxe here as well.
I will contact Stuntpope and see if I can put him in touch with the guy who installed it at OzChess.

Thanks Alex, I got your messages and emailed that guy.
When it comes to generating a FEN string, I remember that chess.com could export your games as a FEN string.

Yeah, its quite easy to do FEN positions using Winboard. In fact, the pgn viewer can start from a FEN position with moves that carry on from that set up position (although the FEN diagram below did not include moves in the pgn viewer as I was too lazy to add them ).
For instance, this chess puzzle:
FEN position in pgn viewer
Took me forever to solve this mate in 3
