In my opinion, 7 0-0 and 7 Be3 are the best tries for an advantage. 7 d5 and 7 dxe5 are a little too cautious. And yeah, since I play this from the white and black side, I'll help you guys out.

So, is 7. 0-0 OK with everyone?
Seems there's little discussion anymore .

1. d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4. e4 d6 5.Nf3 0-0 6.Be2 e5
I play the KID on both sides, and in so far as I try to follow GM Kramnik's ideas, we should go for 7. 0-0.

d5 isn't good, as Black gets d4 for his knight as a gift. After a later c5, the knight will be cemented there and will be a pain to deal with later.
dxe5 isn't ideal, and neither is Be3. Bg5 looks nice, but does little to help.

Doesn't ...Nd4 just lose a pawn to Nxd4?

8. Bg5 Nxd4 9. Nxd4 exd4 10. Qxd4 Nxe4! not a lot of fun for white.
In these situations, I think we only need consider 8. Be3 and 8. d5; 8. dxe5 would be another candidate but we decided not to go there. I see no reason to play d5 at this point.
I vote 8. Be3.
