The two best moves look like Rb8 and e5.
I'm sure there's some book somewhere that says 15. ...e5 is best.

Some ideas (just ideas):
16 ... Bf5
A 17 g4 Bxc2+ 18 Kxc2 Qxa2:
A1 19 h5 Rac8+ 20 Kd2 (20 Kd3 e4+ has to be suicide.) 21 ... Rc7!? and I kind of like Black's position, although objectively I don't really know.
A2 19 Bd3 Rac8+ 20 Ke2 Qxb2+ 21 Ke1 e4 has to be good for black.
A3 19 Rd2 looks like a better test. Some combination of an e4 push and Rc8+ should be good for black, although I'm not sure of anything direct yet.
B 17 h5 Rac8
B1 18 Bd3 e4 19 fxe4 fxe4 20 Be2 Rc7 21 g4 Rfc8 22 gxf5 (22 c3 Be6 23 a3 Rxc3; 22 Rc1 Be6 23 b3 g5!? may be alright)
And I don't feel like analyzing any more right now.

16. ... Bf5 17. Bd3
16. ... Rb8 17. Bd3 e4 18. fxe4 dxe4 19. Bc4! Qb4 20. Bb3
I'm interested in 16. ... f6 followed by Qc7, allowing the queen to quickly cover g7. Still need to check a ton of Bd3-Bxg6 lines though I think this'll work for black.

Does 16 ... Bf5 17 Bd3 e4 18 fxe4 fxe4 19 Bc4 Rfc8 20 Bb3 Rab8 with e4/Rxb3 in the air make sense?

Hmm, that's okay for white, though I don't think it's optimal. But 20. Bxf7+ Kxf7 21. Qxh7+ and white has a perpetual in the bag with more to play for (g4 scares the hell out of me!).

So should we go with 16. ...Bf5?
I sure don't see anything else better.

Jeez, how did black get such a passive position?
16. ... f6 and on h5 we play g5 and get the white queen imprisoned.
Then we have Qb4 at our disposal to move across to the kingside if need be and have gained on an open file with the threat Rb8. White won't be able to take on take on d5 even though it is hanging.
Yeah, it's simpleton, but that's me.
