Hey, can you give some analysis on why you chose your moves? I would do mine too so you can try and see my errors and of course, correct me. :3
I know it's kinda in the opening stage where book moves are prone to be played by since I rarely read, I wouldn't understand much.

Oh boy.. I was afraid you were going to ask me that.
1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 g6 5. Be2 Bg7 6. Be3 Nc6 7. Nc3
Brick for brick:
Up to 4. Nxd4 is self-evident, because you requested me to play it. I am more comfortable and have far more experience playing 4. Qxd4 for that matter.
5. Be2
You played 4. ... g6, the line I know continues 4. ... Nf6 so I went with what I knew. Karpov used to play e4-Nf3-d4-Nxd4-Be2 and go from there and did very well. Seeing as how I prefer the bishop to be on e2 in the normal Sicilians, I decided to play what I know to be right.
6. Be3
Another odd move-order thing on your part, at least from my perspective, 5. ... Bg7. After 5. Be2 I was expecting a transposition into the main line, you chose otherwise. I was considering a Maróczy bind, but decided against it and put the other bishop on its natural square.
7. Nc3
The first 'choice' at my end. The Maróczy bind is no longer a realistic possibility. This is a standard sort of position, though lacking one characteristic move on black's part. Though the Maróczy bind is out, white leaves room for a wide variety of systems. As they say, nothing has happened yet.
Bottom line, you left out a move and I'm playing classically.

I will respond soon. Please give me a few more days. I'm sorry for always being late. As I was telling ketchu, I have too many things I wanna do.

That's alright, we didn't set a time control for this game, so take your time

It's been almost a month >_<. Anyway, I understood what you said only now XD. Here goes the transposition.
1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 g6 5. Be2 Bg7 6. Be3 Nc6 7. Nc3 Nf6
7...Nf6 was supposed to be played earlier to prompt the Knight to c3 to protect the e4 pawn. But since I do it only now, it looks like a passive move. It does allow the King to castle however, and prevents the c3 Knight from moving to a certain extent.

As far as I know, 4. ... Nf6 is still the way to enter a Dragon.
What the exact niceties are about the move I'm not sure, maybe to avoid the Maróczy bind?
1. e4 c5 2. Nf3 d6 3. d4 cxd4 4. Nxd4 g6 5. Be2 Bg7 6. Be3 Nc6 7. Nc3 Nf6 8. Nb3
A very typical move in mainline Sicilians. White cannot keep the knight safely on d4, in part because of Nc6 already being played. Add to that ideas with Qb6 and a discovery on the long diagonal and the retreat is prudent. Incidentally, it shields the queenside pawn chain, allowing white to pursue plans on the kingside without fear of for instance Qb6-Qxb2. Typical plans continue with f3-g4 and the infamous English attack, g4 in Keres attack style or the more classical f4.
