Perseus - Halloween

Hmm, I have analyzed this stuff before, 4. ... Nf6 was better I believe, but it's been some time.
1. e4 e5 2. f4 Bc5 3. Nf3 d5 4. Nxe5 dxe4 5. Qh5

I see i'll lose a pawn and my defense is much weakened, my little inovation wasn't the best move by a long shot.
out of the four moves avialable to me g6, Be7, Qe6 & Qf7 i think g6 would be my best move so...
1. e4 e5 2. f4 Bc5 3. Nf3 d5 4. Nxe5 dxe4 5. Qh5 g6
i do agree now with hind-sight that Nf6 would of been a much better move, or even the continuation of the classic King's Gambit declined |

It wasn't d5 as much as it was dxe4. Here Qe7 or Nh6 would be preferable. Time for a tricky shot, haven't worked it out for myself yet but I'm confident in most variations I've seen:
1. e4 e5 2. f4 Bc5 3. Nf3 d5 4. Nxe5 dxe4 5. Qh5 g6 6. Bb5+

Found a flaw in one of my lines allowing for a stun-gun sort of equalizer. But it appears sound enough, just have to enter a different line that does work:
1. e4 e5 2. f4 Bc5 3. Nf3 d5 4. Nxe5 dxe4 5. Qh5 g6 6. Bb5+ c6 7. Nxg6
