Hello, I am a chess master with a rating of 2452. I will be posting some intresting games I played, for instructional purposes to help beginners and perhaps even advanced players. I will try to post good advice if asked for. But be sure you define the type of advice you want. All I ask for in return is that you can give me advice such a as new modern openings. Or anything that is not known by many people, so that anyone who reads this thread may improve our games.

Here is a the first game I played as a child. When I was 7 I was intrested in chess so I read all I could about the game and openings with my chess trainer. Btw I suggest that you study the endgame even though this game does not come close to one. My opponent may have been in an unfair match simply because my IQ is 157 but I feal it is the most instructional game for beginners. It shows you dont always need a piece advantage to win, all you need is a good position and mobility. This was not a trap. My were just in the right position for a monster attack on his kingside.Notice how my oppnent could have fended off my attack if he new how to, so this also shows a perfect example of human error. I will post more games after I get feedback and you converse amongst yourselfs on this game.

Seriously, I have to ask what kind of opening advice would a 2452 rated master expect from us rating challenged players?

The advice is not for me but for those who read this thread. All I mean is that if you have good advice or come across some on the internet, post it in this thread. Advice I would like to see posted include odd openings, traps, and chess principle. If you dont have advice to offer thats ok. I will be posting plenty of my own advice when I have time.

What about 13. ... Nxg3?

This isn’t an opening question but it is a question that comes up sometimes in games of lower rated players and concerns sacrificing a piece for 2P’s. I was always taught that when conducting an attack against the K a Q+N works better than Q+B. So in the following position Rybka insists on playing 11.Nxg5 instead of my choice of 11.Bxg5. Am I wrong or am I missing something? Even analyzing with an engine I'm not sure who's better here.

What rating does Rybka have? How much thinking time is involved here?
Bxg5 looks better to me too.

Supposedly it’s rated around 3100 but I think that’s on the computer rating list. Not sure how those computer ratings translate to actual human ratings because they are based on computers playing each other. I let it think 10-15 minutes.
