If running XP, go to `My Computer`. If running Vista, go to `Computer`. From there, pick the CD/DVD drive (usually E, but could be different). Then you'll see a yellow and black type icon that says `TacBase Vol 1` on it. That is the file that can be opened by any chess program, including Fritz and Winboard.
OR, if you have your chess client open already, just go to `Open New Database` and search for it the same way. I copied the pgn base directly into my Chessbase folder so that it can be opened quickly, and without the disc because I think they get annoying lol. Try that, and I'll watch this thread to see if it worked for ya.
