Hello everybody,

I'm a chessplayer but my profession is graphic designer. While looking for a nice chess T-shirt I noticed that most designs I found on the internet were quite, mmmh, amateuristic... (I could have written "crappy", but that wouldn't be very nice, would it?)

The solution was quite simple: I made my own designs.

I like those shirts. Some of the pictures of the shirts are hard to see and I can't see the words. Anyone in the US carry your products?

The problem with the small pictures and "hard-to-read" words is being worked on!

I put an order through over 2 weeks ago, submitted my card details - nothing happened, no package, it seems it didn't even charge me, no error notification either; like a dummy website

Sorry Vibovit, my fault. A bit of explanation is in order. My chess T-shirts are produced and sold by a firm called "Spreadshirt". They seem to have two branches: a European and an American one. I wasn't aware of the fact that my designs on www.chesstshirts.spreadhirt.net are only deliverable in Europe. The thing I now have to do is to make a similar website on www.chesstshirts.spreadshirt.com. The ".com" instead of the ".net" on the end makes all the difference. If I install this www.chessshirts.spreadshirt.com-site also customers in America and Canada can order my shirts.
Probably next week I will have the time to make this identical ".com"-site. If you let me know which design you have chosen I will put this design on top of the list

that's strange. Did you fill out the correct address-details? I noticed that there is one order "hanging" already for a few weeks, but that is from someone in the Netherlands. Did you order on 11.08.2008?

Where do you live in England? I am negotiating with a few chess-shops in England. Maybe you would like to see the shirt before you buy it?

Or: in a few weeks time I can deliver the most popular designs of the T-shirts myself (now its via Spreadshirt).

Patrick, thank you for quick reaction, I appreciate it and also I accept the possibility the situation could've been caused by my mistake somehow, even though I don't understand what it might be.

Yes my order was attempted on 11.08 indeed. Sounds like mine then. But I reckon I must've put my correct address in, since otherwise it wouldn't take me to my bank's website (I have to type a security code in theree before I checkout, due to my card protection scheme).

I like those products and I'm still interested in buying a couple of t-shirts; I live in London. I think we'd better actually switch to PMs to work out the details - I'm sending you one.
