Click for Solution- click to show The key first move is 1.Rf6 and White will mate next move no matter what Black replies. If, 1...Bxf6 then 2.Nxf6#. Or, if, 1...Qxe4 then 2.Qh8# At first, I kept looking for some violent first move when I tried to solve it. Perhaps, you solved this quickly then congrats!
