This is from a casual game I played but it still bugs me that I didn't see the forced mate during the game as I sure "smelled" a mate here. I had a little over 7 minutes of time on the clock to find the forced mate or else take the Draw(threefold rep, via Qe6+ & Qd6+). Oh well, how easy is this mate attack for you all to spot?

I don't know how to do the click to show thing but don't look if you don't want to see the 5-move version.

1. Re1+ Kf7 2. Re7+ Kg8 3. Qd5+ Kh8 4. Qe5+ Kg8 5. Qg7#

That variation works but since Black has to "help" the speedier mate(4...Kg8 and allowing mate on the next move instead of "fighting" on with 4...Rf6) I will not "quit chess" as I threatened due to this particular variation!
