In my opinion it's both great for using against computers as against human opponents. It's especially useful against humans, because humans make mistakes, and mistakes arise from tactical positions, and this is a tactical position, so your opponent will make a mistake.
It's useful against computers too atm, because their openings book says Bg4 is sound, and best. However, after about 10 more moves, they find out they're worse after all. I think when the Rybka and ChessBase team sees this, they will update their Opening Books, so that Rybka will again pwn you if you try to trick him with this
