This position looks perfectly fine for black.
That said, what
is that queen doing over on g4? It just doesn't belong there. I'm assuming 1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qa5 4. d4 e6 5. Qg4 lead to this position, let me step back one full move:
1. e4 d5 2. exd5 Qxd5 3. Nc3 Qa5 4. d4

One of the main ideas in the Scandinavian, Alekhine Defense and Caro-Kann is to get the Bc8 out easily. As you may know, that's a problem piece in many defenses. Playing e6 immediately puts that idea out of business. If 4. ... e6 5. Nf3 black cannot pin the knight with Bg4 as he sometimes wants to, Bf5 lines are also out now.
In and of itself, 4. ... e6 isn't
bad, it ends up in an odd line that sometimes comes out of the Exchange French (where the French defender doesn't want to play exd5) it's just inferior to 4. ... Nf6.
