6. e5 is the only book move I'm familiar with in that line.
I've seen others played as well, but I don't know if any of them are (fingerquotes) 'theory'. 6. Be2, 6. Bd3, 6. Ba4 (the point being a6-b5 doesn't achieve much when the king goes O-O, though they're okay) and 6. Qa4 (the point being the a-pawn is pinned, if Nxe4 the Queen will either take or gambit the pawn).
If it were up to me, I would play 6. e5 for sure. Then again, I play 3. c3 because I like the Alapin and because the g6-business isn't as critical against it.
