Can you tell me about a chess opening books, which has explained the aim and object of every opening moves in details?

Hmmm ... from your question, it sounds like you need a general introduction to ideas behind openings .... it's been awhile since I've looked at such books, but I'm sure there will be some good suggestions soon !

I'm pretty sure Rueben Fine's Ideas Behind Chess Openings has been recommended here as the only book a low-rated (Under 1600?) would need until they advance significantly.

The way its setup, it goes over the openings very systematically and discusses how White and Black are trying to equalize or stay dominant. It goes through the openings very 'organically' letting the ideas grow from previous ones.

It is a bit dated, but I can't think of a modern equivalent.

For Beginners or those looking for a first book of Openings, this one covers a lot of openings(but only 3 - 5 moves deep) but with plenty of basic annotations-

The problem with Fines book I think is that it is old. There are a lot of old books that I would reccomend having like My System. My System is considered a classic so it has been revised and made into a very good and readable book even now. Fines book on the other hand has been revised but no one put much enegry into it and as a result I think it is worse than the old one (lots of mistakes) + if you do get an old copy you might be unhhpy with the old notation (maby not) moreover the book is rather advanced and sometimes dry.

my suggestion is The Complete Guide of Chess Stragedy by Jeremy Silman. The first section of the book covers the ideas of all the openings and is by far the best section of the book. Unfortunately the rest of the book isn't very good but the opening section is tremendous. This is really the only book you ever need until you start to look at spicific openings.

I will suggest "Batsford Chess Opening 2" by Raymond King.
It's for beginner as well as expert chess player. It'll work as easy of reference.

I stick to Modern Chess Openings 14 (MCO-14), although it doesn't go into detail of every line, but it provides good introductions to all the really popular openings.
