Black is down on material, so it is in his best interest to keep his pieces. The painful question is where to put the bishop if you are not going to exchange it? It is a bad bishop, but since I would follow the principle on being down on material, I would move the bishop to f6, hoping to use it later, maybe start a pawn storm on the opponents king. Why f6? Because I think it's necessary to avoid any maneuver by white which would improve his pieces and attack yours because it was unprotected. Black has to be careful not to put anymore pieces on unprotected squares because at the current moment, the king and queen are on the same diagonal and this needs attention as well.
That's my two cents in what do if you're still willing to fight. In reality I would resign.
