I need suggestions from you guys. What were white's options on move no 4? Also, after 9... 0-0, I think I messed it up with 10. Qb3. What was the right way to proceed. Could someone tell me what should be white's plan in this position after 9... 0-0?

On move #4, keep the tension, instead play Nf3 (taking advantadge of the hole on e5) Here is a good game to study on what (your General plan should be) out of this opening! Note: The move order for the first 5 moves are a little different here, but the opening is the same.
