Right, I've got a little time to analyze. Note that I'll be criticizing moves, not the person making them Also, I'm testing out a new formatting method with analysis in a different colour from the move list. Any at all comments on either are welcome.

1. e4 e6 2. Nf3
Traditionally, 2. d4 is called for, best by test as Fischer would say. It might be okay as a somewhat inflexible way to get into the Two Knights variation, which you do not enter. You may allow 2. ... Nf6 which would via 3. e5 Nd5 enter a decent line in the Alekhine Defense (for black).
2. ... Nc6 3. e5?
Not a good move. You moved the pawn twice. True, the pawn goes somewhere it'll likely end up anyway (if you chose a closed structure, in which d4 is needed as well). But it is by no means necessary here. It takes away the f6 square for the knight, but every french defender knows that's no big deal. Here, you should play 3. d4 and enter main-line'ish territory, or 3. Nc3 and enter the Two Knights, which I don't like but is okay.
3. ... Qe7?
Very poor. If black plays 3. ... d6! he refutes your pawn push as in the Steinitz Attack (1. e4 e6 2. e5? d6!) and equalizes on the spot, it's the solution to all black's problems at once.
4. d4 Qb4+?
Again, very poor, d6 is called for proving Qe7 was bad to begin with as well as proving e5 was a mistake. This move is ridiculous, moves a piece for the second time in the opening and the queen to make matters worse. The check doesn't do anything but allow white to solidify his pawn chain with c3, which you correctly play. Black loses a move.
5. c3 Qe7 6. Bg5
The best move would most likely be 6. Bd3. The best square for the dark square bishop is still unknown here I think with correct play the bishop would most likely end up on f4. This does not trap the queen at all, but white does have a significant positional advantage.
6. ... Qd8??
An utter blunder! The saving move here is the completely obvious and forced 6. ... f6, which not only stops the attack on the queen but also kicks the bishop back since white doesn't want to take on f6 with the pawn because it's an obvious positional mistake. After 6. ... f6, black has a worse, clumsy position and with best play will have a hard fight for a draw, but nothing worse. Instead, he gives you the queen, 1-0, for all intents and purposes this game is over.
A queen up it's hard to make bad moves. Black should resign.

Grab the bishop instead. 32. Rxb6 avoids a little combination black missed. Always look at all checks, captures and forced moves.
31. ... Rxc3 whereas 32. Qxc3? Ne2+ gets back a queen.
It won't let black 'into the game' he's as dead as a dodo.
32. ... Rxb1? 33. Rxb1 Rg8 34. Qa5 Bc4 35. Qxa7 d5 36. Rb8 1-0
Black resigned about 30 moves too late.

Try not to overlook a ploy like f6 when you play a move like Bg5
