Takes a look..
1. e4 c6
2. Nf3
Inferior. This commits you either to the Two Knights, Exchange or Panov-Botvinnik if black plays 2. ... d5 unless you play something really slow.
2. ... e6 3. d3
Loses a tempo if later d4, unnecessarily cramped if not.
3. ... d5 4. e5
Advance Caro-Kann coming up, black gets an extra tempo that I would use for setting up an f6 break as black.
4. ... h6
The ink on black's certificate of incompetence.
5. Bd2
I would've preferred 5. Be2 6. 0-0. You might want that bishop on e3 or f4, no telling yet. The other bishop sort of belongs on e2 now unless you want to lose a tempo with d4.
5. ... Ne7
I wonder if this guy is new to the Caro-Kann, most CKD players jump at a chance to play c5 when it's available. *EDIT* Here 5. ... Qb6 is actually quite good.
6. d4
You lost a tempo, which is okay because of black's silly moves. The d3 square is lovely for the bishop. Especially because black has been foolish enough to play e6 before the bishop could come on to that diagonal.
6. ... Ng6 7. Bd3
Nh4 8. Nxh4 Qxh4
Silly. Instead of c5, black chooses this duffer's move. He has only the queen developed where white is ready to castle and has two bishops out, regardless, it would have been better to leave the knight stranded there for a move and get 0-0 in first.
9. c3 Nd7
9. Be3 is preferable but this typical Advance structure is reasonable. Black doesn't seem to get it. Here, c5 again is best.
10. O-O g6 11. g3
Why 11. g3? Doesn't seem like a good idea to me at all! First, there isn't a bishop to fianchetto in there at this time, doing so will take up a few moves and the bishop is quite nice where it is right now. Second, with no bishop it is an unnecessary weakening of your king position. Third, it's a wasted move regardless because that queen has to get the heck out of there anyway! Qd8 (or some Qh5 idea) was on the agenda regardless, g6 being a clear sign that black can't get his pieces developed harmoniously. If black had played the otherwise logical Be7 instead of g6 (intending Bg7) the Queen would have very few squares over there. Why chase a piece where it wants to go when the chasing move doesn't necessarily help you.
11. ... Qd8 12. Be3 Bg7 13. Nd2 O-O 14. Qc1 Kh7
Instead of 14. Qc1, maybe some idea involving f4 and/or Qg4 is a good idea, like in the French. If I were black I'd be looking for counterplay with c5...
15. a4 a5
Hmm, this will give black ideas. I was thinking of Qc2 here but there is no clear way to proceed in either case.
16. b3 Rh8
Both moves are positionally not a great idea, but not a catastrophe. Black should be thinking of b6-Bb7 connecting rooks.
17. h4 Kg8

Alright, stop right here. Judging this position I have to say white has a tremendous positional advantage that should be convertable into a win. Actually white's had such an advantage for a while, but this is its peak, here there be ravines!
18. Bxh6 Bxh6
Not at all a sound sacrifice, but the burden of proof is on black.
19. Qd1 Nf8
Black will die of self-cramp if he continues like this.
20. Nf3 Bd7 21. Nh2 Be8
??? Bg7 is called for here.
22. Ng4 Bg7 23. Kg2 f5
Instead 23. f4 looked nice. Black follows with a positional blunder.
24. exf6ep Bxf6 25. Re1 Bf7
No! 25. ... c5! Though Bg7 first is possible. Black's advantage is slipping.
26. Qf3 Bg7 27. Rh1 b6 28. Rh3 Ra7 29. Rah1 Nd7
Instead you really need a rook on e1, rooks go on (half-)open files as a rule.
30. Qe3 Qe8 31. Ne5 Nxe5
Not a great idea. You're allowing black to trade off (he wants to, having the extra piece). Something like f4 and Re1 highlighting black's weakened structure is better but white is still far behind of black.
32. dxe5 Qb8
This guy doesn't take a hint, c5!
33. Qg5 Qxe5
This costs you the game. You were losing, now you're lost. The f4-Re1 plan still applies and was better. For the record Rh5 was best for black, doesn't matter.
34. Qd8+ Bf8 35. Qxb6 Qc7 36. Qd4 e5 37. Qe3
You gave e5 away for free, the immediate Qe3 was better obviously.
37. ... c5
Now he plays it. It only took him 37 moves to play the typical Caro-Kann break. Something like e4! or even Bh6 is better though. You're in for it now. You should be play h5, the only thing left to play for.
38. c4 Bh6 39. Qe1 e4 40. Be2 d4 41. Qa1 d3 42. Bxd3
Crashed and burned.
Forgive me if I'm being harsh or wrong somewhere
