I spotted a book by Isaaac Lipnitksy, Questions of Modern Chess Theory.
It appears that the book was recently translated into English.
The Product review which appear in several websites indicated that the book is a lost masterpiece of Soviet chess literature. The original date of publication was 1956. Lipnitsky passed away a few years later.
Lipnitsky was a companion and chess rival of David Bronstein in Kiev.
One review indicated that the book is the missing link between My System and chess today.

There are a lot of typos and the concepts are not always explained well. I recommend steering clear of this book.
