I just got the much anticipated Improve Your Chess Now by Jonathan Tisdall and it seems to be an outstanding book.. I just got it today and suspect that it won't take me long to read. I skimmed the book quickly and then read the first chapter so far. It looks like something that I will return to again and again. The first chapter dealt with Kotov's Tree of Analysis.
I also got The Art of Learning from Josh Waitzkin from the library yesterday but haven't been able to look at it until today. It also seems like one that I will be able to read through rapidly. I will probably buy a copy for my library if it continues to build on the promise of the first two chapters.
