Dover came out with a book by Hans Kmoch on Rubinstein's Best games.
It appears that many GMs studied Rubenstein's games. Yet you never see Rubinstein in the top 10 or 20 or the time.
Going over his games with a revised publication, Rubinstein had a great understanding of chess.
The following are books on Rubinstein:
Rubinstein's chess masterpieces;: 100 selected games by Hans Kmoch
As far as I know still available by Dover.
Akiba Rubinstein: The Uncrowned King and The Later Years
You will see $250 price tags for the books. Yet the first book The Uncrowned
King has been reprinted.
The Life & Games of Akiba Rubinstein
Volume 1 - Uncrowned King The above book available from New In Chess.
Tougher to find is a book in the English language on Rubinstein printed in Russia. But the Later Years volume indicated there were errors.
