Those are just openings for black.
You probably shouldn't be playing either of those anyhow. If you are really a noob, then if you run into someone who actually knows what he is doing with those openings you'll probably lose anyhow (these people would not be noobs so you'd just be out played).
If you want to look a few Caro-Kann games, you can look here:
Chess openings: Caro-Kann (B10)
For Sicilian games you can look here:
Chess openings: Sicilian, Najdorf (B90)
Perhaps you could learn the Caro-Kann as black, but don't touch the Sicilian. My suggestion would be to become a member of the tactics server and work on your tactics:

You'll need to learn an opening, most people would suggest that you learn some 1.e4 openings, or at the very least tell you to open with 1.e4 and throw you to the wolves until you learn to defend yourself. As long as you don't get too upset at losing early and are willing to learn from your mistakes, that's a great way to go.
I chose to go with the Colle which is a bit safer but you'll still lose to people who know what they are doing. You'll just get to make it past move 10 or so.
But no matter what opening you choose to start out with and what defenses you choose as black, don't try to learn too many moves, just a handful. Most of your opponents won't know more than a few anyhow. Spend a majority of your time learning tactics and studying end game.
Good luck.
