I agree with Crafty as well.
You played 5. ... d5 but weren't punished for it because of 7. h3. Your middlegame play wasn't bad necessarily. Due to a few minor inaccuracies, the game ends up being equal up to 31. g4? which is just not a good idea.
You're going to have to take a look at the themes involved in this opening. I made it my business to stay away from the Giuoco Piano so I won't be much help there.
